Today was rough.  Collapsed at 4AM because my fluid shipment lapsed for a couple days.  They are getting it out tonight though, they swear.  For real.  Fluids real soon!  I had to go to my doctor who told me that my blood pressure was low, and I was tachycardic which (to her) sounded like a POTS flare from mega dehydration likely exacerbated by my gastroparesis.  We guessed as much but still needed to go in.  My potassium was fine, albeit barely over the line.  Oi!  I take SO much.  🙁  This shit is hard.

In some less medical news, I got my first birthday present today from a secret anonymous bestie!  =^.~=  Pusheen (yay!) stickers and a copy of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (yay!)!  Pretty exciting to come home to, huh?  I thought so.  😸
