The Tantalizer

NOTE: (To all dominants out there) If you have a kitty girl or boy in the room with you, this would be an opportune moment to get them out of the room.  If you don't, I will not be held responsible for any squeeing, mewing, or similar when they see what this review is of.

Are the kitty-people out of the room?  Yes?  Good!  I've got a real fun one to show you today, and it's from the awesome adult toys  store MyPleasure.  Have you seen The Tantalizer?

Full View, Including Handle Strap

As you can see, The Tantalizer is a cute feather tickler, designed for use during sensual play.  You can use it in a lot of ways.  Master tried to use it sensually with me, without telling me (I was blindfolded and didn't know it was coming) - and as it turns out, I didn't really like the feel of the feathers on my skin.  They felt ticklish to me, and I sometimes have a hard time with being tickled.  Interestingly, feathers don't usually work for me as a tickling tool.  If you're the type of person who loves to tickle or be tickled, this could be a really good tool for you.

The main thing we use The Tantalizer for, honestly, is as a toy for kitty play.  Master will tease me with it while I'm not wearing a blindfold, and the kitty in me will pounce and attack it!  After all, to a kitten, it looks sort of like a birdie.  (Side note: Keep this one away from any real furry creatures, or else it'll be torn to shreds in no time)!

This cute little teaser would be great for anyone who wants to bring a small, soft, non-threatening toy into the bedroom and isn't sure what they are ready for.  The colors are bright and beautiful and the toy is a joy to look at.

A View Of The Center Of The Tantalizer

The Tantalizer is small, and it fits in my hand with ease.  The strap itself is 5" in length and can accommodate larger or smaller hands with no problem.  Master can fit it in his larger hands with ease, and I had no problems with it either, with my smaller hands.  The plumes themselves are five inches from the black base that holds them securely, to the tips.  You probably could hide the feathers easily in your hands and surprise your partner with this fun little treat.  There is no metal in the toy, which will allow for easy and discrete travel should you wish to take this on a trip with you.

Master and me both like this toy a lot, so we're going to give it 4 paws:Thank you so much, MyPleasure, for allowing me the opportunity to try out this toy in exchange for an honest and fair review.

Rub Me Massage Bar

Master and me have always loved giving and receiving massages.  (Who doesn't?!)  But, we never really found them to be as much of a necessity until moving to a high altitude mountain city.  Dry skin runs rampant in this household now, and we're always looking for new and more creative ways to get moisture and massages in without making a mess.  While perusing the wonderful sex toys  store MyPleasure, I noticed these great little Rub Me Massage bars.  I'll admit I was a bit skeptical, but also curious, and I wanted to give it a shot.

Pomegranite Mint Massage Bar

The bar comes in two scents: Pomegranate Mint and French Vanilla.  The one I got was the pomegranate mint, and it smells amazing!  I definitely smell the mint, but to be honest, it doesn't smell like pomegranate to me.  It definitely has a sort of fruity aroma, and I'm not entirely sure how to describe it, but Master and me both think it smells awesome.

The bar is made from simple ingredients, you can count them on one hand: cocoa butter, shea butter, and fragrance oil.  If you're sensitive to any of those ingredients, you should stay away.  However, the bar should be suitable for most people.

When the bar arrived, I knew it was here because I could smell it through the box!  If strong smells are a problem or a migraine trigger for you, this may not be the right massage bar for you.  The packaging it comes in is just a simple foil wrapper with a sticker on it.  If you take the sticker off carefully, you can re-use the wrapper when you put the bar away.  If not, you can do what I did and just put this in a ziplock bag for in between massages.

The Rub Me bar is simple to use.  It is designed to melt as it warms up to body temperature.  You could just rub it right onto the body you're massaging, but Master and me found it easier to just rub it directly into your hands before you apply your hands to the area you're going to massage.  If you rub the bar directly on the area you're massaging, we found that it took a couple extra minutes to warm up and melt.  Either way is fine if it works for you, though.

When performing the actual massage, we found that this works really well!  The ingredients provide you with plenty of glide without using up too much of the bar, and the bar doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy or sticky.  If you used too much, you can wash this off with soap and water without too much work, but it will still leave your skin with a faint smell even after scrubbing.  Luckily for me, I love the scent and don't mind one bit!

Exactly how many massages your bar will work for depends greatly on what you're massaging.  The web site says that the bar is good for ten or more uses.  I think that if you're doing foot or hand massages, or even just back massages, then you'll probably be able to make the bar last even longer.  Full body massages will obviously make your bar dwindle quicker.   We've used the bar several times, mainly for calf and neck massages (our two most tense zones), and there is still more than half of our bar left.  These are pretty inexpensive for how long they last though, so you could always just buy another one when you run out.

Overall, Master and me really love the bar we got.  It smells absolutely wonderful, and makes your skin feel nice and soft without leaving it feeling greasy.  I'm giving it 5 paws:Thank you so much, MyPleasure, for letting me try out one of your great massage products in exchange for an honest and fair review.

Not What You'd Think

I love reviewing books, and in the past, MyPleasure gave me the chance to review a book by Dr. Sadie Allison.  If you remember that review, I liked it a lot.  When I saw this book, I was definitely curious to try it.  After all, who doesn't like learning more sex positions?

Ride 'Em Cowgirl  was not at all what I expected, though.  When it arrived, it had the same small easy to read style of print.  It had a brightly colored cover.  It reminded me a lot of Tickle His Pickle from the outside, but once I got in, I didn't feel like it was quite the same fun ride as the other book.

For starters, this book isn't aimed at me at all.  It is aimed at couples who are are in a sex rut, or absolute beginners.  The entire first couple of chapters talk about some things which are very important, but I disliked a lot of the ways that Dr. Sadie went about saying them.

For example, the book has a huge hetero slant, (which makes sense, given the title) and while there are sections just for the guys to read, much of the book is geared towards females, and insists that most of the "bad sex" you're having is because your guy is lazy.  She talks an awful lot about how guys are supposed to spend more time on their (female) partners.  How as a woman, you need to stand up and speak out for the foreplay which you need.  I do not think that is a bad thing per se.  Couples need to talk in order to be able to have good sex.  However, there is a whole lot of blame that the guy takes, while Dr. Sadie essentially tells females that they need to just relax and enjoy what their man does.  While I do think that women deserve to feel pleasure, and they don't have to be active 100% of the time, I think it is ultimately up to both parties to ensure that everyone is having a good time.  Not just the men.  Once I got past the first couple of chapters, I found the book to be a lot more fun (though, still with digs and jabs at men here and there over their "laziness".

There are several chapters in the book, and all of them are simple and easy to read.  The book uses drawings to show you how to vary positions you already know, and make them more interesting.  For example, how to change around missionary or spooning positions to make them a little bit different without a lot of work.

The book covers a wide variety of topics including sex toys, sex furniture, the He spot, the G-spot, the clitoris, anal sex, sex for larger men and women, fantasies, what positions work best for different types of genitals, safety information, and having sex in other locations.

My only other major gripe with this book is how Dr. Sadie seems to go on and on about how most women cannot reach orgasm without clitoral stimulation.  This bothered me because, while I am one of those women who can't cum without clit stimulation, I also know more women than not who don't need or who don't like clitoral play.  There are many, many reasons for a woman being unable to cum, and I wish Dr. Sadie had pointed out that some women can only cum from internal stimulation, some women prefer backdoor sessions, and some women cum in many other different ways.

I really loved how she talked about pegging, and the He-Spot (also known as the P-spot).  Dr. Sadie shows women how to pleasure your guy's backdoor with friendly pictures, and with lots of great techniques, even if your guy does not want to be penetrated.  As always, you're best off to talk with you guy to find out what he likes and wants, but if you've never given anyone any anal stimulation, this chapter will really help shake away your jitters and show you how to go about it and keep both of you comfortable.

There are lots of cool little things in this book, to go along with the things which also irk me.  I think that this is a good book for those new to sex in general, but I think if you're past the basics then you should probably pass this one up.  There are lots of other sex position books out there that spend more time on sex positions, and less time on teaching you how to get from point A to point B.  I'm giving this one three paws.Thank you so much, MyPleasure, for allowing me the chance to try out this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Easy-Access Netting

Lingerie Box

I own quite a bit of lingerie, and I am always eager and excited to have more.  I think lingerie is like sex, plush pigs, or ice cream.  You really can't ever have enough.  Thanks to MyPleasure, I was able to try out a great body stocking which I'd like to show you all.  The Purple Mesh Bodystocking, by makers Baci was a big hit in our bedroom.  While I've tried another piece by Baci, and it didn't fit me, but this bodystocking fit quite comfortably!

Fits Comfortably And I Love It!

First off, the box this came in was super thin and about the size of a pantyhose box.  I stored this in my dresser drawer until I was ready to use it with no issues.  Once I opened this up, I just hung this up on my lingerie rack.  I saw no real need to play origami with a bunch of fishnet.  You can keep the box for storage if need be, or you could just hang this like I did.  simply tie the halter ribbons that usually go behind your neck, and you've got a simple hanging string ready to go.

To give you some stats, my measurements are: 34-36D bust (depending on brand), 33 waist, and a 40 hip.  I found that I was able to get this on without problems, but that at my petite height of only 5'2", this was pretty much maxed.  Yes, there's a bit more stretch left to put this on a few inches bigger, but i think that you wouldn't be able to move around as easily.  However, if you're taller and your measurements are smaller than mine, then you should have no issues getting into this.  I'm a curvy 5'2", but a more slender 5'5" or even a bit taller would probably be fine in this.

Can You Have Sex Wearing This?

So, how "easy access" is this?  Pretty easy.  Just reach back with one hand, and undo the halter ties, and your breasts will be readily available.  One of my favorite parts of this lingerie is that it has a hole in the crotch.  So, yes, you can definitely have sex in this!  The body stocking also works really well underneath clothing, and if you want, you can put a thong or panty over the hole so that when you want to use the bathroom, you don't have to get completely undressed like you do with normal body stockings.

I think that Baci did a great job with this piece.  Whether you like having something on during sex, or you just like to play with lingerie now and then, I think this body stocking would work for most everyone.  It is durable, and I have yet to snag mine.

When it comes to washing, either hand wash this, or put it in a lingerie bag.  Make sure you hang it up to dry!  The dryer would likely shrink or otherwise harm the delicate material.

I liked this little number a lot, and so did Master, so I'm giving it 5 paws.Thank you so much, MyPlesure, for letting me try out this lingerie in exchange for an honest and fair review.
