Mooorrnniiinnnggg. :))  I’ve always been a morning person.  It’s almost ten right now, but I’ve been up for three hours.  I’m feeling much better today, but still – another sick day.  My doctor said to plan on not working for the rest of this week, but I keep hoping.  I really don’t like sitting around like a lump all day.

Yesterday was another dull day.  Luckily for me though, it wasn’t as dull as the other sick days I’ve had because I resumed some of my house chores.  I made dinner, did some laundry, did some dishes.  Nothing too strenuous.  Today is probably going to be the same as yesterday.  Dull.

You know, it’s funny.  I haven’t worked in 7 days, but it feels like forever.  I have all this guilt over not being productive during the day.  I keep thinking about Master, working hard all day, walking 8 miles a day – only to come home to a sick kitty he has to take care of.  Ick. 🙁  It’s not that he “has” to, but more like he “wants” to.  I keep telling him I’m OK, but he keeps insisting on doing minor things for me which I could do myself.  Not that I don’t appreciate him.  I do.  I just know that he is the main bread-winner, and I don’t like making him have to work harder once he gets home.

Funny thing.  Yesterday Master said to me “Kitty, just wanted you to know, but I love reading your little blog entries each day.  It’s fun seeing your updates.”  And I said to him “Even though they’ve been boring as hell this week since I’ve been under the weather?”  And he said yeah. 🙂  Well, if I’m not boring Master to death, I guess that’s all that matters.  lol.  Mew mew mew!  If you’re reading this Master, I love you!!

Excitement to follow soon, I hope. ^^

  1. Aww, this post was so sweet. 🙂 And I think lots of us feel guilty or bad if we don't feel like we are doing enough to help out our Masters, even if we can't help it. I think that is a good thing though, because it just means we admire and respect them, which they have obviously earned. 😀 I'm so glad you are feeling better!
