Stargateday. Oh wait, I mean Friday. Yeah. Friday.

Yep, I’m a geek. Right now, I’m excited for Stargate tonight.  Sue me.

Today is going pretty well.  I’ve got what I call a “princess” shift going on.  That’s where I work three hours or less. In my eyes, something a princess might do.  I’m sure Master will tell you I’m not princess-y at all.  *Ahem*  Right, Master?

A few days ago, Master was telling me that no one reads his blog.  Don’t feel obligated, but, if you’re interested please check it out: Mew mew!  I love you Master.

This morning I’m feeling kind of sore.  Really sore.  Last night was the first night in almost three weeks that I walked a full hour with Master after dinner.  It’s hard getting back into the swing of things for sure when you’ve been sick for a while.  I definitely slept better than I think I might have otherwise though.

My mother is always asking me why I bother to go walking/jogging with Master if I’m not trying to lose weight.  I love you mom, but really..  Most people need to get some form of activity in.  People who choose not to are fine in my book (what you do with your body is none of my business), but personally, I just feel better when I exercise.  I have more energy, I feel stronger, and I tend to sleep better.  My mother is one of those people who thinks that you should only exercise if you’re trying to lose weight.  Ha ha.  Gotta love moms.

I am feeling like the luckiest kitty ever lately.  I’m expecting two packages, one which should arrive today sometime (Thank you Muskateers!), and one from Gamer Sensei.  Yay!  I love getting surprises in the mail.

  1. Even if your not trying to lose weight, exercise is a good way to keep your metabolism up, increase your endurance and just stay in shape in general. Plus sweat can make you look hotter too 😉

    Hope you get our gift today or this weekend; and keep on the lookout for other stuff leading up to your birthday 🙂

    1. Yeah, I've always loved to move around and "play", not that it has to be jogging, or laps or anything, but I just always feel physically better when I do it.

      I'm so excited about my present. You two are so sweet, and I just TOTALLY can't wait for the mail to get here. :))

  3. As someone with both a minor weight problem and someone with Asthma, even times when I am not trying to diet or lose weight I still like to walk and exercise. Right now I'm in a diet/excercise regiment to help get my weight down [[damn winter always makes me pudgey!]] so it's a bit more extreme than my normal regiment…but..

    I need to exercise, to keep me healthy. I have poor lungs, a weak immune system and bad circulation and a handful of other health problems that I help keep at bay the best I can by exercising. It keeps my body strong and helps me get over being sick much easier, which is great, because I get sick ALL the time.

    Good to know you're on your way to being better. I hope you're 100% in no time at all. ^^
