Bondage-cise

I’ve been going to physical therapy for my knee for about six weeks now.  While at physical therapy, we’ve only been working on my left leg, and my right leg has gotten zero attention.  I’ve noticed that my left leg is getting a lot stronger, and just for fun I tried to do some of my left leg exercises on my right leg.  I found that my right leg is now substantially weaker. 

I asked the physical therapist if I could do exercises for my right leg too, or if we were trying to get my left leg stronger, since it’s a bit longer than the right.  He told me to go nuts.  Problem is, I only have six pound ankle weights, and I’m lifting eleven pounds with my left leg right now.  Master rigged my ankle cuff and a couple of (AFF) g-hooks together so I can now lift an eight pound weight at home.  I had to giggle.  I wonder if this is the way that most clients do it at home?  If not, they’re missing out!
