Road To Rivendell: Week 12

This week is a milestone week for me, but more on a personal level than a Middle-earth one. I have finally hit fifty miles on my journey! The beginning is hard, but I’m proud of it for sure and as things progress it feels more and more substantial. I can do it. It won’t be easy or fast but I can do it.

I’m trying to focus more and more on my pacing. Whatever steps I don’t have by the time we get to the end of the work day, I make sure to do laps in the house until I reach the rest of them. That way, I still get a few more by bedtime, (nothing substantial) but I don’t have to stress about it either.
